he acts as if people are big time homers and sunshine pumpers when all we're doing is laying down the supposed facts that are out there.

then again, foosball was the one crying about not getting 5* OL and shite.

I agree. But I think some people just have tunnell vision and think that every is going to go perfectly. LSU isn't going to give up but 150 yards of total offense and while the Tigers ground out 600+. If that's not the case, the coach is not a great X and O coach. Which is funny, because I'm willing to be that foosball doesn't know the first thing about X's and O's. How does he even understand that Miles isn't a great coach while he doesn't know a damn thing about what's going on on the field.. it doesn't make sense.

foosball's posts have never made sense because he doesn't do anything but think gloom and doom. They are things that are just totally outrageous, you can only call him a moron. There's no other way to argue with him.

I'm not sure how far back you've followed his posts, but if LSU doesn't land any 5* OL recruits, LSU will never win another National Championship.

If we can somehow make the final push and pull Hall out of Ohio (which isn't as far-fetched as it sounds at this point) then maybe we can put an end to some of this.

but did 6 losses really affect those 'bammers' that you hate oh so much?

No it didn't because recruits know he is in there to turn it around.

I wonder what they will think if by some chance Miles stomps Shorty's arse in two weeks!

So why and how is LSU's recruiting classes slowly deteriorating? i'd like names and why you think they shouldn't be at LSU.

btw, this class has the possibility of having 5-5* players. I know how strongly you feel about 5* players. Debose is still a possibility and he has 5* ability.

Promie, which 5 are you thinking about and what database are you using? Since I like scout better I use them (and I know they give lots of stars) but all things equal......I think we could end up with more than 5 potentially. It's not unrealistic at least.

Clearly, you have no idea what you are talking about.

Wooten was a loss, Ferrell was a thanks, but no thanks. Both will be replaced by equal or better players. Randle is a lock.

I said possibilities.

I use Rivals because I think they are a little more accurate and I've been a member there for a while too.....

LSU already has two....

Shep
Davenport

end up with....

Loston
Randle
Micheal (I don't think he's just making things up to tell to reporters)
McFarland (long shot, but there's a shot)
Debose (he has 5* ability)

ummm let's see what is more certain we have a total cluster frick at qb next year or stafford goes pro? you know the answer

Stafford goes pro.

We will have a ton of QBs next year, but Lee has been productive this year. He's gotten the ball to his WRs.

Stafford is a prospect that will be a top 5 pick even if he is a retard with terrible decision making. I would go if I was a top 5 pick. Just saying.

Also losing Ferrell will probably help this class's Star ranking.

Ok, I figured as much. I was considering the fact that Holloman and Hall are 5 stars on Scout. Looking at the 28 5 stars on rivals......(not including Debose because he's a 4 star there. I say we could end up with 5 as well but it would be tough. Shep, Davenport, Loston, then one of campbell, mcfarland, jenkins. Either way 4-5 out of 28 is

Will/can Debose get a 5th star yet? He's only 3 slots out of 5 stars.

I think he's that good, that's just by looking at his film.

Regardless, I think he ends up at Florida.

...you know, because Miles isn't an X and O coach and can't recruit. That and LSU lost to Florida.

So using your rationale why didn't UGA have a couple of players decommit in the days following their loss to Bama? I mean, they were down 31 at HALF. Recruits choose a school based on a lot more than who lost their last game. They pick based on academics, location, distance from family, depth chart, teammates, friends, coaches, etc. No one single loss is going to tarnish a school's recruiting. It was just a coincidence that they decommitted. Heck, Wooten's wasn't a surprise and as far as I know, FOR NOW, Ferrell is still committed. Three losses a year isn't going to kill any school. Saban would have never recruited a decent class if that was the case. And noboby knew how well he was building LSU's program in the first couple of years b/c he hadn't proven anything to anyone. I can see why players wanted to go their now b/c he is proven but when he first started out here his process wasn't a proven thing. I understand that you like to look at doom and gloom and that you are entitled to your opinion but dang foos, try to rationalize your argument in your head before you type it out for the world to see. It might save you some arguing.

That "You're my next Percy Harvin" garbage that Meyer is feeding may be too good to pass up. That and anywhere in Florida, I'm sure you're going to have pressure to stay in-state. Plus, another one of his teammates will end up there also.

We'll see.

Yeah, here's the way I look at it:

He's come here.....multiple times. And a few times on his own money. He always brings the rest of the trio which we have all essentially established will NOT go here. (by the way, I think Miami is the mostly likely one to sign those two personally.) Perhaps him bringing them is simply wanting the company but maybe, just maybe, he's wanting their input on the fact that he's leaning here? Maybe he's trying to sway them here WITH him? All speculation of course.

what's not speculation is......a little bird told me something else but I can't say what it is. In regards to Debose and Florida. Essentially I just feel good about our chances. I dont think he wants to be the next percy harvin, I think he wants to come here with shep and be the next andre debose.
