Not sure this has been posted and I'm not looking through all these pages but Cam just started following @BamaCoachCristobal on Twitter as of last night. He's a recruiter for Bama. That should settle it.

My biggest fear has been that this "dream team" would unravel into a nightmare. Everyone has heir hopes so high. Since 1-9-12, pretty much been a letdown. Hope I'm wrong.

Everyone knew going in that cam was unlikely to come here even when the dream team talk began.

If we get the rest of the la guys and brown the team is relatively intact. I thought of dhaquille as more of a dream team loss than cam

Ok, so 95% kind of see the writing on the wall...

Yet Redstick feels confident based on the people he has talked to that Cam will pick LSU.

It's a sham LSU can not even hold down Louisiana.

Being that College football is incredibly competitive, this is impressive..

It's like we all expect Bama to be ranked #1 in Preseason and win the Recruiting championship like clock work

the truth is, Alabama is winning by slim margins

Alabama could have very easily had 2 loses last yer and missed the SEC title game and missed the MNC game

Alabama almost lost the SEC title game if you recall to UGA....3 yard line, time running out.

Rankings are Rankings but Bama isn't really better roster wise than LSU..

So Saban has to steal Louisiana's best to keep LSu from winning...One elite talent player like Cam Robinson could be the difference if a running back wins a Heisman or makes that first down in crunch time.

It matters when you have a can't miss NFL OL tackle like Robinson.

it sucks big time to lose to him..and to Bama it's just twisting the knife in the back

While Cam really shouldn't be a surprise considering all of the factors,if they were to pull any of the other top LA recruits things may get interesting.

This is all what everyone has asked for. It's been said countless times that if an La player was going out of state, that they want him to commit early. Well.. Here you have it. Obviously nothing is set in stone, but if he chooses Bama then he has done it exactly how LSU fans have said they preferred it. Yet, here we are in a thread with hundreds of people completely losing their minds.
