you're right. I should rephrase to Juluke is either anticipated to be good for recruiting or (probably more accurately) is thought to have promise in his recruiting, somewhat because of his connections in NOLA.

Many, including me, thought that bringing him in would eventually boost recruiting. He does have a reputation for establishing good repertoire with the recruits. Recruits of note so far are as secondary for Narcisse and Helaire. I'd add Tory Carter because as a FB he did have some big name offers, the FB is important to us and those teams that offered, and he's OOS (not a local lock).
