Still more working 3 quarters of a year than many of people begging them to stay make. Also more than many will make when they get out since most major in some form of general studies.
If you have a chance to get drafted now you go, because you make your money on your second contract not your first now.

Why is this thread still around? It's clearly on the wrong board and "calling out" players seems like a no-no.

The ncaa is committed to athletes finishing their degrees so they allow schools to pay for returning athletes tuition just like when they were on scholarship. It helps all parties.

Actually, despite the OP catching flack from wisenheimers in this thread..
Gil Brandt has started to tell underclassmen to make the agents put in writing, that they will pay for the lost salary from the slots/projections that they are enticing so many to go early..
