You do realize that majority of HS kids sign in the early signing period now, right? Just scrolled through 247 top 100 ranking and only 8 of them HAVEN'T signed with a school already. 23 unsigned players in the top 200, 37 unsigned in the top 300 and there’s plenty of guys committed that just didn’t sign early. Not a lot of options left on the high school level to land 7-10 more signees.

I just don’t know. I could see taking some flyers on some hs kids and maybe getting 6 or 7 more. Portal will be interesting. Many of these guys in the portal are there due to lack of playing time/starting. While lsu needs some starters, I am not sure we could find 12 guys to come here and be better then what we have. MaYbe 5 or 6 Can we get another 5 or 6 to come in as just backups. I don’t think it will be easy to get 12 transfers here

Pretty sure the first 25 fill up the class. We’d have to take less than 25 total to have spots saved for early enrollees next year. Don’t think transfers count against the new allowance until we are full.

I can confirm that initial counters rule has not changed, so you don’t get “credit” for not signing between 25-32.

Most big time program or almost full. So the 50 or so players left in the top 250 leaves plenty to cherry pick. I cannot see why 10 or 12 wouldn’t want to come play for Kelley.
