Just saw BB @ UT practice tonight, streamed courtesy of WVLT. He came onto the field at practice conclusion and stood with the Vols as they took a knee.

He hasn't signed, mind you, but its looking pretty good.

I'd say that I'd now be shocked if he picked anyone but Tennessee.......

But hell....who knows?

Oregon isn't getting Brown. I don't think he wants to get forgot about in the "Great Northwest". I think he wants to play in the best conference in the country. The SEC.

The guy on Volquest so says he will be there this weekend has had him on his radio show a couple of times and his info is usually right on. I don't know if he shows up or not. But UT has opened a practice up for tonight and expect around 10000 fans. To me it seems like good timing with the report from the guy on volquest. So I think either he has told them he is coming or he is coming.

But I don't see how you could turn down LSU, Tennessee, Miami to play in Oregon to never be heard of again.

You mean forgotten in Oregon, never to be heard of again like Jonathan Stewart? Drafted as a junior in the 1st round. Scored 10 TDs his rookie season for the Panthers. Ever heard of him?

Some people heard of Oregon last year when they finished 10th in the nation. Where did UT finish? Do they have a "Top 75 Teams" rankings list on ESPN?

Current odds for involved teams to win the NC game in 2009:

Oregon - 1/20
LSU - 1/20
Miami - 1/35
Tennessee - 1/100

Brown visiting UT at this point sounds good for the Vols. But, I wouldn't count your chickens until Monday.

You know nothing about our talent. They have been poorly coached for years. The lack of depth you speak of were actually recruited as 4 & 5 stars. With good coaching, they'll surprise you. Stick to stuff you know something about, like losing 5 star recruits to the team you say is soooo bad.

Why are we waiting on this who is kid to make up his mind We just signed Ford and we have a great shot to land Lache Seastrunk next year. Unlike Teennesee, we actually have a program that reloads. Vol nation are aching to return to glory. That glory in reality is being being second class citizens to Florida again instead of every SEC teams whipping bitch. Vol fans are bowing at the feet of Boy Wonder and Ogre. In fact Vol fans this weekend are acting like TMZ discussing this kids whereabouts as if he is the second coming to Jamal Lewis. I have read post after post from Vol fan in this thread alone of what he is actually wearing. Vol nation is starting to get desperate, maybe desperate enough to hold a can shake at one of those 3 lights in Knoxville. Time for a reality check for Vol fan....your team sucks, it will suck after you get Brown and when Brown finishes using you and goes pro in a couple of years. I also believe that your program will still suck after hiring coaches like Boy Wonder and Ogre in who have NEVER won anywhere as a head coach. What you have now in Tennesee is a desperate situation by the Vol program and its delusional fans. A situation when after this experiment is over will be 10 times worse then what Fulmer left your program in.
