All that matters is that he will eventually be A LSU Tiger.I don't care when he commits as long as he eventually does.he could wait until Feb 2011 for all I care. He'll be at LSU next year.

it amazes me how people just can't keep it in their pants.
how hard is it to have a little respect for the guy you pay for the info and follow the 1 rule that is asked of you. noone thinks you are cool for running shite over here from the paysites.
This is total illogical BS. The only reason anyone pays for information (of any kind) is so that they have the knowledge of it and it is theirs to dispense with (as they want to and as they see fit).
The recruiting sites didn't invent the information - this is not music/art/literature. They paid/hired someone to get the information so that they can get it first and sell that to a group of folks.
These subscribers in turn are doing the same thing and there is nothing wrong in that.
They are merely further down the same chain

With that logic, all we need is one guy to pay for the info, and then spill the beans. Then everyone else can lick the beans off the floor. I personally can wait.

Well yeh it kind of makes sense, if everytime BOL or TSD or TB post something and within 5 minutes its on here almost word for word then I believe its a problem. If these guys are charging people for this information and then it is immediately posted on a board that is free and as big as this one, it makes there site pretty worthless if the ones paying the money get the same info as the recruiting board, just 2 minutes later. I think its just an attempt to look like your an insider.

Well then that is the problem with the business model for those sites - don't blame the subscribers or the free sites who get to benefit.
If your entire model is based on selling information and then hoping , that in this day and age of instant communication, that it would stay a secret for more than 5 minutes then you are being a bit naive with your model.
I think one of the key selling point with those sites is that they provide exclusive interviews , videos and other coverage details that they have produced (and copyrighted) and hence can't be reproduced without permission.
There is a big difference between selling time based information and producing content.

You are correct, I understand the information will get onto this board, but to blatantly bring it here basically as a copy and paste is why TL3 I'm sure wont be a TSD subscriber much longer.

Do you complain about people who pay to see a movie, then post their review on the Movie Board (oh it's ok if you put "Spoilers" right)?

When you watch a movie, are you sworn to secrecy when you enter the theatre? No. But these pay sites do specifically ask that premium info stay on the board. Most of the info does of course leak, but they make their money on the 10% of the fans that can't wait the 24 hours to get leaked information. Whether you or I like it or not doesn't matter... it's generally frowned upon by the pay sites and by the admins here for premium info to be leaked in real-time.
But honestly, the problem people are having with the OP is insinuating that the info was coming first-hand.

Plus a review is not like enjoying the whole movie. But it sucks if I wanted to see it and the cool stuff is revealed. With one line of premium info being revealed the "whole Show" is revealed. If this is violated often enough, these sites will go out of business and we will all have to wait a day or two for info.
