I prefer dak, because that is a sign we don't want a QB to run the short bus option. Signs are pointing to LSU going back to Power I.

I think they've decided to take a passing QB and a running QB (probably in each class from here on out). Rivers is the passer. Mett is filling in for attrition of past classes. I suspect that after seeing what Tebow and Newton have done the last few years the idea of a big power running QB is appealing, hence Dak.

What do you say to those who think Dak is a JJ clone by the videos that they've seen? Rant logic?

I haven't seen too much of Dak myself but his statistics are impressive. And actually if Mullen wants him the be his QB of the future, that's a good sign for me.

I would have Rathered Tyler Wilson 3 years ago over JJ, Mett, Z Lee, Teddy, frick whoever else we've Been after since.

That has got to be the ultimate colossal fail this staff has made.

I used to be one of them, but Dak can run, JJ runs like a pipe

I can see where they get that from tbh. Towards the end of the video he was impressive to me. His release is about 100x faster than JJs too.

His throwing motion is a lot better than what's in that Youtube video. He must have worked on it in the offseason because it's different in the Scout videos

To answer the question..........I can't. I'm really torn. I might lean to Dak because he's a local guy and, like I said, Mullen likes him.

Well if the new post is correct, we won't have to decide anymore.

well...............now I want Bridgewater more than Dak!

Just kidding. Will be interesting to see how this all plays out. I do love silly season (coaching changes and recruiting).

I will asnwer it for you. I just watched that video and Dak is far from a Cam Newton. His film wasnt nearly impressive as Bridgewater. As far as running Qbs go I would much rather have Brigewater.

I like Dak becuase he is home state and to me they come first but since he is committed to Mullen and Funky Bunch i will stick with Bridgewater if we can pull him. i am not sold that he will come to lSU even with a trash new coach.

Everything in that video up until the 2:30 mark is Dak's Sophomore year when he was forced into action due to an injury to the starter. Lot different now. None of the video is from Senior year. I know, I made it, and I am fully aware that it sucks Oh and youtube picked the music I guess, I didnt put that on there

i like tyler wilson but i'm sure he would have crashed and burned under crowton's coaching. dude is gonna be a star imo, but you have to wonder how much of it is due to petrino.
