I think Texas had the 3 most sick WR in one class.
B.J. Johnson,
Roy Williams,
Sloan Thomas

the first time benton signed TT and Byrd were in the fold as well. That would have been stacked as all hell.

will be interesting to see who benton is paired with next year as well...

I was friends with Sloan when we were in elementary school and then went to High School with him. Unbelievable athlete. I think he ended up playing with the Texans for a while, not sure if he is still backup WR somewhere.

He hired Gary Crowton. He helped us score more than 20 points in every game for about 2 years. He has shown he is open to trick plays. Our offense scored a ton of points last year (when we had an older, experienced QB).

He's show much more ability to use skilled position players creatively than Saban has and you have no basis to argue otherwise.

Can't happen. Julio and Randle lined up opposite each other is unfair.

Are you serious, 20 pts per. Wow. That's high octane! All the while Richard Murphy, Trindon, TT, KW watch from the sidelines. That is how you lure top notch recruits.

Saban utilizes talent better than anyone except for maybe Pete and Urban. No way these guys sit the bench because "it's not their turn" or due to "seniority".

That's false.

Patrick Peterson disagrees.

I didn't say 20 points per game fool. I said at least 20 points per game. That's saying something playing in this league. Last year we had one of the highest points per game in LSU's past. Higher than your boy at Bama had.

I think there is a real possibility that LSU lands Bell, Benton, Randle and Debose. If those four wind up at LSU, there will be an abundance of talent and three of the four could be very early contributors. The fourth will be a strong contributor in a year or two.

The amount of playing time will depend on the production and how well the talent is developed. I hope to see all four in purple and gold.

That's defense. And speaking of the "d". Why hasnt Chad Jones found a serviceable position on the team. Phenom! His talent is not being exploited. Sad, so sad.

If you paid close attention to our season you would know that one of Chad Jones' problems is his tendency to freelance and to blow his assignment.

Defensive coaching and scheme is a different story.

Many other things such as attitude, leadership, work ethic, teamwork, sense-of-urgency, discipline, and intensity need utilized for incredible talent to reach its potential.

Maybe some of the above components are missing.

I believe we will get Randle. But, IF we do not, then Kelly will take his place.

Either way, that is one nasty class of WRs.

Add Shep, Pratt, Allen, and Ford in the backfield.....one awesome offensive skill position haul

couple of things:

A: if you want to debate chad jones, start a new topic on the rant

B: i will indulge you. hes on the field as much as any other saftey we have, hes just not maximizing his immense ability. what are you even talking about? hes on the field, but not making plays. please feel free to add your rebuttle elsewhere.

C: bammer troll

Okay gump, seems like ya'll had several of these last year that didn't make any NFL teams.

So what's your point?

ETA: The only player from LSU that I can think of is Ryan Perrilloux....

So he can be what? A blocker at WR? Bama has squat at QB, but you can wish all you want.

I don't remember him having a hard time finding JPW last year.
