Early rumors are Rico will end up at Cal and Felix either to an ACC or Big 12 school. Just rumors. I believe LSU has a shot though. I know LSU is working really hard on them two kids. As for others, not sure.

That would be a kick in the balls. Cal's Rivals site had an article on Gathers last month and it said he was still considering going to Findlay Prep for his senior year, if he did that would be a death knell for LSU IMO.

watched O'Bryant play in the mcdonald's game and was pleasantly surprised. he got the ball in the lane one time and made a nice spin move to the goal. Seemed to be out of shape and winded but he seemed to play with alot of energy until he got tired. Seemed very active and aggressive for the most part which is needed. Hopefully he gets coached up to help with offensive skills. IMO not a one and done, definitely has plenty to work with. Easily the best kid TJ has gotten here. Should be a nice addition with storm, and the big kid from Iowa, and white coming off the bench. TJ will still need to bring in some more talent to help him save his job.

I'm glad for Populist. He's good enough for a scholarship somewhere. No reason for him to be a walk on. Good luck to him.

That's great, I thought he should have done that after last season. Wish all the best for him

The 2 names I've heard are Sam Grooms (6'1" PG, Chipola JC - FL) and Dylan Talley (6'5" SG, Blinn CC - TX). Grooms is more of a true point, whereas Talley is probably more of a 2 with some point ability.

Reading between the lines it seems Talley is more likely, though there is an update on Grooms and LSU for those with insider access on Rivals.

FWIW, Grooms is ranked as the #11 JUCO and Talley #25. Would be really nice to nab them both.

Both will visit. Talley has an offer at this point, Grooms does not. Not sure if LSU would take both, but would be awesome if the did. Grooms is a true point, Talley is a combo-guard who can play 1, 2 and probably 3.
