It seems like we're getting a majority of our commits earlier and earlier now. In years past we wouldn't get our 1st commits until at least March.

Don't think he has the quickness to play DB. His best bet will be RB or Slot reciever IMO. Watched him alot this year, he's not real shifty but he just explodes upfield and can really break some tackles. Eager to see how he refines his game when he leads us back to the Dome in '10

Coach Wilson told him he didn't want to leave the state for RBs in next year's class.
Looks like we're done at RB unless something changes with Hill, Hilliard, and Magee.

could he convert to a safety? Only wondering with Hill and Hillard in the same class and not sure of any top flight in state DBs as of now for 2011

The only conversion I see might would be to O-Line.

I watched him play nearly every game this year and last. Ty is a great kid with unreal talent. Think there is a youtube video showing him throwing a Covington defender out of the way. He has unreal balance and leg drive usually not going down on the first hit. Awesome baseball player too so Coach PM may be getting a good one also. He watched the first game of LSU in the World Series with me and could tell he has the love of Tiger Baseball also.

I posted in that thread that he would go to LSU. I can't imagine a franklinton kid getting an offer to LSU and not jumping on it.
