Outside of Maason Smith, who should really come back next year, what 5* defensive tackles are there? My question wasn't what is our weakest position group. I know it's interior d line.

The person I replied to told me that we are replacing our current 5* talent with future 3*. I would like to understand what 5* guys who are all but certain to leave after this year are being replaced by a 3*. Smith is probably the closest correct answer to this due to our lack of d line depth but i dont think its a given he is gone. Wingo is likely gone but he wasn't a 5*. Actually a 3* out of HS and 4* during his transfer.

Definitely need to land some portal d linemen. I just don't understand this perception that we have all of these 5* guys currently on the team that is being replaced with 3* talent.

You're conflating two different things. Fixing the coaching/teaching side is not what I asked and isn't what you said when I initially replied.

You said we are replacing our 5* guys with 3* guys. I asked you to tell me which 5* guys we currently have that are being replaced by 3* guys.

I get that the coaching on defense isn't anywhere where it needs to be but I would like to understand which 5* guys are being replaced by 3* in the near future. Maybe Smith on the d line if he doesn't come back but can't really think of any others, can you?
