That’s crazy, what was he trying to accomplish in all that?

Your good i don’t think it was posted, but basically he mocked us and said something like “you actually thought i was coming here?”
Lol did he really say that? Pretty funny actually. I think whoever started hyping this up learned a valuable lesson. Crootin is cutthroat, LSU has pulled some shite like this too if the stories I have heard is true.
I can back up the Lee story Waters is talking about, but personally I didn't hear about the Taulia fiasco, wouldn't surprise me in the least

I really don’t know. It has to have something to do with Saban. It’s happened before. Like 2 years ago. At the end of the recruiting cycle, Devonte Smith was telling LSU that he was going there, and then commits to Bama on signing day. Same thing with Moses. Even after he commited to Bama, he started telling O that he wanted to come back home, and then still signed with Bama. Same thing with Surtain last year. We ended up losing out on some good players because we were focused on all 3 of these so much. We missed out on Willie Gay, Goodrich, and Stewart directly because of those 3. Now he tried to do it again and make us lose Parish. Thankfully that didn’t happen

It's probably happening with Sopsher right now, too. It's pretty damn fishy that all of a sudden there's a lot of chatter that it's far from over with him

Yep. 2 weeks ago i was sure he was in, but now i hear the staff isn’t feeling it

That makes sense. I was told by a player that Gay was a done deal. Yeah, not so much.

Oh, well that's good. I was worried they were feeling optimistic about him, possibly because of shenanigans.

Word over here was he was always Sabans. It was either a Saban ploy or maybe he Dad wanted a new car or something. I hope he got a good one.
I posted on here about a kid that committed to Les personally at his house. (His mom was a client) Brother was telling everyone, in town etc. Les was telling people etc.
On signing day, he picks different hat. Found out later that they had a notorious bagman show up after Les left and his mom took the money and that was that. There is no predicting what these kids will do asso many players and moving parts. He may have really liked LSU and wanted to come here, told people etc. But his dad makes the call and I can promise you REC is taking care of his dad.

Parrish wasn't going anywhere else anyways, shite happens. I had a lot of criticism about how Frank Wilson and Les Miles handled some of their recruiting. It wasn't organized in the least, but they straight up said frick you to Alabama many times. This coaching staff will learn

I think Gay was a silent, but it was against him mom's wishes. She really wanted him to go to State so she brought him to campus one of the weekends before signing day and they put the full court press on him. I don't believe that any Moses flirtation caused us to miss out on him. The Moses stuff had pretty much run its course by that time and we were working hard on Gay and Phillips.

That’s what i like about Emery. Directly after the UGA game he sat down with O, admitted he made a mistake and commited to him right there and fulfilled his promise. That kid is SPECIAL. Might be LSU’s first Heisman winner in a long time. MIGHT! Lol. But yeah this class should finish strongly if the staff gets what they think they are getting

We wanted all 3, but Willie knew Moses wasn’t coming and didn’t like that we wouldn’t stop recruiting him. He was a silent, but we wouldn’t stop with Moses. Can’t blame them, the kid was good and he was telling LSU all the right things. It worked out well tho, got Phillips and some studs coming in next year.

Hopefully an OT and a few d linemen are in the mix.

A couple of those pieces in this class and the 2019 class will bring home a Natty.

atleast you showed back up to apologize. warned you that you should’ve been more safe with it

I thought it was funny honestly, you'll look back and laugh about it

This isn't going to hurt LSU at all. In the long run it'll hurt the kid. He's going to sit behind Bear Bryant's grandson. I watched both of them play.

You should've posted sooner there were a lot of upset ppl, I think most of them were hating on you because we lost the game, but at least you admitted your mistake, welcome back.
