Ok. So as far as we know right now, rice is still a tiger. Recruiting insiders have beenough speculating for days that he may flip. Not sure if this latest info is more speculation or fact.

Well, looks like alot of us are going to eat crow after defaming 247 for saying he was destined for UGA.
