Checking for updates but it appears Jimmy is the only guy covering it. Mike S. appears to be covering it too.

My boy’s out there with the kickers. Saw O working with the line before lunch.

My son is at RT in this clip from Jimmy. Thankful he wasn’t the one getting beat. LOL

Just super cool. Almost surreal to see our boys out there. My son’s not going to be able to wipe the smile off his face after this.

Do you know if there’s any feedback at the end? Are they going to rank the boys and share that info?

My son’s getting “charted”. I’d like to know where on the chart he is.

No idea, but I tend to doubt there’ll be rankings or ratings in such a large open camp. My son will be a junior at Mandeville and hasn’t been exposed to this level of competition before.

Situation is heavy for sure.

My boy’s in with the freshmen and sophomores, but think he’s grading out well. He’s going into 7th grade so we had to fib a bit about his grade to register. Can’t tell looking at all of them.

If he kicks a 45 in charting he’ll be happy. Anything over and he’ll be beaming.

Oh, right, definitely when there are measureables like that to be charted. My son is a junior and said he's one of two kids there who are 6-8, and he's the heaviest.

Glad I don’t have your grocery bill, holy crap. My boy’s crazy tall for his age, but he doesn’t tip the scales like that.

He’s got the natural gifts, all hard work from here on out.

If I were you I’d send him to a speed camp/footwork centered trainer. Being big is a great start, but flexibility and good feet separates pretty good to good to great. I’m
Sure you know this, but just wanted to encourage you. Congrats on your son, I’m sure you’re mighty proud!

Thanks, and yes I'm proud. He's completely self-motivated and works very hard. He'll be at the next LSU OL camp in two weeks and the Nicholls OL/DL camp the weekend after that.

He goes to Ochsner Performance for training away from school, but yes, he needs footwork and speed coaching. Thanks for the props.

Evidently, Coach O made a point out of personally greeting Fitzgerald West.

I may have seen that. He was clapping and giving some boy the work down. Big kids here.

Dammit. Did you know that Colin Guggenheim was offered by Army? Perfect offense for him, plus a guaranteed successful career after football with that degree.

So, Pat Jenkins from John Ehret earned an offer from LSU I see.

Congrats.
