It has always been this. Everyone predicting USC is just saying that as it is the most logical choice, but really have no idea. Having said that, he really seems like the kind of kid that is taking all of his allotted time, and isn't playing games. Some of these kids wait til NSD just for the hell of it. Some kids will even verbally commit, and publicly state that their final decision will come on NSD.
