Damn...I'm about 200lbs. and he moves around much better than me on my best days!
If LSU signs him along with our other offensive line commits and prized targets, they will elevate their game to a higher level...ELITE!!!!!!!!

Please refer to Hines powerclean to see how you’re supposed to get under the bar and catch with the feet just outside the shoulders.

The way Jones received the bar spread out, while not ideal, is not all that uncommon for guys that do not have the flexibility or experience to catch the bar in a full squat. But It’s not dangerous at all.
Then again one is 17 & one has been in a college lifting program for 5 years.
I saw much worse lifts from this Catholic high lift a thon thing. Jones is fine. You don’t shut that lift down. You work on his form & flexibility
