You gotta look at the dates, the USC pick was put in back in April 2019. I think all committed recruits probably got their former CB's as a "10" by default.

This is a great way to mitigate any hype of Demetric Warren CB’s.
That guy is terrible. Just constantly throwing out wild predictions with little insight to back it up. Every one of his predictions should be a 1 or 2 in confidence.
247 should revoke his CB privileges.
