You can go through my post history over the last year on Ronnie and will see where I said that USCe led for him a year ago. I wanted CRob at LSU and would rather see Hootie at LSU. There is just a lot of info I have heard from one person who makes it seem that Bama will be the choice.

All 4 have been friends since flag football. At least that's what I was told earlier in the week. Was also told he's truly torn. LSU's DBs have looked terrible under Raymond and Saban coaching DBs at Bama intrigues him. Before the conversation I thought he was all LSU due to the signs I've stated previously. After the conversation, it's up in the air.

Thanks JJ it's what I've thought. My thinking is that if the DB play improves... Especially the safeties then Hootie stays home. He wants to see better safety play which is why he isn't announcing until after the Bama game that's his litmus test

Dude I believe you, and Ronnie's dad is probably very knowledgable about Ronnie's recruitment, but I'm taking what he's telling you about Hootie with a grain of salt. Clark, Cam, and Devall are all working on him and I'm sure they're all confident that he picks them, but that doesn't make it true. Plenty of LSU folks talk to him and are just as confident. The only difference is he keeps showing up to LSU games as fast as we can play them, so that's what I'm choosing to read into more than the back and forth that always comes out.

Has he been to any bama games this year? I just can't imagine how he could be so high on them if he hasn't visited much. Of course, Landon Collins was at plenty of LSU games during his recruitment
