Cregg can suck, and our line last year can still be good. Both can be true.

All that shite you tipped iit's irrelevant. Our OL and OL recruiting has sucked for years. Last year was pretty good, but not sure if you saw Joe's Heisman reel.... he won the Heisman because he was Houdini in the oft collapsing pocket.
Clyde made himself into a first round pick by perfecting a spin move to avoid tackles in the backfield.
Our OL issues are not new.
Our OL coach next year better be.

When is signing day for JUCO players? Do they have to wait until January or am I misremembering?

I agree. I would love to see O go after someone like Jeff Quinn, the O-line coach at ND. He is the 11th ranked recruiter in the country per 247, and NDs o-line is usually pretty good.

The HC talks the talk but doesn't walk the walk in regards to OL's.
We need 4 more Dellinger's, not more JC's and 2 Star last chance desperation Louisiana public school OL's.
Maybe hire an OL coach that can recruit at this level.....

They won a lot of 1 on 1 matchups, but their coaching left a lot to be desired. Burrow and CEH hid a ton of issues. The pressure rates, contact behind the line, etc. for our OL last year were pretty bad. We just had insanely good players at QB and RB.

I desperately wish we could just get Wisconsin's OL coach and those types of players. A bunch of mean Polish last name guys.

Since he is a 3 star and we have the best developer of talent as the OL coach we are probably a shoe-in to sign him. If he can't get an offer from anyone else then we need to sign him.

I don't know much about this guy, but the stars are out the window on JUCO players. They aren't scouted or rated much, and even the best players rarely get above 3-star.
So you can't say "he's just a 3-star" because no one knows. He could be a 5-star. He could be 1-star.
