So, is I-10 closed at LaPlace?

That is the word I've heard. Need to go from BR to NOLA and if so, then what is an alternate? Airline Hwy open, or is it closed as well?

From 30 minutes ago....
Trooper Graham tells us that NOLA is essentially inaccessable right now except for the Twin Span in Slidell, but that could change also

Right now, minus going on lots of back roads im not familar enough to advise upon, the only route is riding -12 to Slidel, and coming into NO on -10.
This route can possibly close as well though.

Is highway 3127 open? that takes you down to boutte on the west side of the river.

I just came back from Laplace and a LA Wildlife and Fisheries agent said it had just been opened all the way to Nola

Nah, hwy 20 in vacherie was closed, but I think that's opened up now. 3127 is fine all the way as far as I know.

Not doubting that you were told that, but I would have thought that I would have heard something about it by now if true....

I checked the State Police website and it doesnt mentioned it is closed. Highway 3127 from Donaldsonville to boutte is the best bet to get from BR to NO.
