I have a funny story about when I was selling a house for him and he thought it was his son calling instead of me. He cursed my arse out for 5 minutes before I told him who I was and in that split second he went to being as calm as could be.
I also have some funny stories about his crazy ex wife coming into our real estate offices trying to beat up his GF. Both women are in their late 50s or 60s
