Our lights went out for about 20 minutes here in Dutchtown and then came back on. I know that there are no linemen working in the storm so I wonder how they came back on. Anyone know how this happened?

I went down 45 minutes this morning. Entergy truck came out 30 minutes of reporting outage. Back on in 15 minutes after repair arrival. This was earlier this morning and I was pleasantly surprised with the response. Kudos ETR! Stock pays decent dividend too.

Usually we will try to do switching in the substation to route power through an alternate feeder to give power if possible.

Screech, I am in Fla on a family vacation. Trying to find info on my house in Prairieville in Sumerlyn subdivision off of Hwy 930. My neighbor says we are out(Entergy here) and my rent house in Galvez off of Hwy 44 is still going strong(Demco here)? Anything?

I will look and see what I can find out. I moved out of Louisiana some years ago, and Louisiana runs a different program so i can't get into the LA database, but I should be able to see if it's out. If you call the 1800Entergy they can tell you more than I can because they'll have access to your feeder, but now it will be a pain to wait on the 1809#
