Zoysia seed heads and cutting

I haven’t cut my lawn yet this year. I noticed that a week and a half ago that the zoysia seed heads have been popping up. Should I wait to mow or can I do it now?

You need to mow. The seeds won’t do anything, most are sterile anyway.
