Have a window in the house that leaks during heavy rain events. We took the trim off the outside a while back. Inspected and replaced some of the flashing although everything looked ok. Sprayed water on it for ~20-25 minutes and nothing happened. Previously, was able to spray water on it and water started coming in after about 10 minutes. I guess what we did didn't actually fix anything because it leaked heavily whenever it rained a lot a week or two ago. Don't want to mess with this anymore myself. Looking to pay for someone to fix. Any recommendations?

Bill Robinson out of NOLA. He's a building science nerd and gets things right.

Thanks, but it looks like he does training/clinics. Looking for someone to just take care of it for me.

I should also add, the house is like 7 years old so we're not talking old historic New Orleans windows.

504 historic windows is the name of his actual business. He does both. And historic or not he specializes in bulk water management.
