Why won’t 2,4-D kill this?

I sprayed twice with Weed Free Zone. Still there.
1. What is it?
2. What will kill it?
It’s not widespread so I can spot treat. Just wondering what will kill it.

Add atrazine to the Weed Free Zone + surfactant.
Or if you have MSM Turf (metsulfuron methyl) you can use it (same herbicide as “Manor”). mixed with Atrazine.

2,4-D products do not work well when its cool. It will probably get it, but it will take a long time. Everything Craw said is correct.. Atrazine is not impacted as much by cool temperatures.
"Quicksilver" (carfentrazone) , which is also in "Speedzone Southern" also works well it cooler temperatures.
