Does anyone run a whole home line conditioner on your incoming utility power from the power company (not talking generator here).
I know Huntsville Utilities provides us with some trashy power so I'm just curious if anyone uses one at their home and how efficient/effective they are.

how can a power company provide you trashy power? Harmonics are what produce messy power and the power companies who only provide lines and transformers, don't have any equipment that would produce harmonics.
Typically if you have power with high harmonics, it is coming from your devices within the house.
