Located in NOLA and looking for (preferably wooden) bifold external shutters...where is the best place to find these? TIA

There use to be a shop on Metairie Rd. that made wood shutters for houses, both interior and exterior. They were located near the RR tracks that cross the road on the left hand side if heading from N.O. to Metairie.
Don't recall the name of the place, sorry.
I don't know of any place that sells bi-fold exterior shutters off-hand. That is a pretty odd item, unless you are mistaken in naming them. Cypress exterior shutters can be found at many of the reclaimed architectural shops like "The Bank", "Ricca's" etc. but you'll pay dearly for them, especially if looking to cover large windows on an older home.
