Wheel assembly for log splitter

Tractor supply splitter. Tire went square on me. When I removed it a bunch of little pieces and bearings fell out. So I'm trying to get the whole assembly and TSC is hey help.
Any ideas?

You can buy a trailer hub assembly but it would be cheaper to replace the bearings.
If you go w a hub assembly you need to know the axle size and the lug size/dimensions.
If you replace the bearings all you will need to do is take the old bearing w you to parts store or TSC.
