What's the best herbicide to spot treat crabgrass patches in yard?

I have St. Augustine grass and I'm looking to spot treat/kill several patches of crabgrass that's mixed in. Any suggestions and specific brands? Wasn't sure if 24d would work.

24d with quinclorac, sold in ablue bottle by Bayer, avail at big box stores.

You have to get it while young. And you need to use a surfactant so the poison doesnt just roll off the blades of crabgrass.

24d won’t work. You can spray it with Celsius when it is young. Once it is mature things like revolver, drive, acclaim, etc will kill it and your st aug. I’m not in Louisiana but it’s a bit early for crabgrass. You sure that’s what you are dealing with?

Did you put down a pre em? Barricade, dimension, halts?

Don’t do that. Quinclorac will kill st aug.

He said he's spot spraying.

ETA-

Come to think of it, just use roundup directly on the crabgrass.

This. Just cut a hole in a solo cup and put it around the spray tip if you’re worried about drift.

Or you can do what I said and not cut holes in plastic cups and kill your grass.
