What type of grass?

Purchased a new house on about 2.5 acres in the Slidell area. Has a good bit of tree so quite a bit of shade in some areas and quite a bit of area that seems to stay very moist despite mp recent rain. Any suggestions on a seed/grass that would do well with these variables and maybe absorb some of that extra moisture?

I've read that zoysia is good in shade down here. I'm trying a small area in my backyard with the Pennington deep shade mix.
The area will stay wet because of the lack of sun. You can try adding some organic matter/compost to your soil to help with moisture absorption?
