New home owner in North Dallas, house has foundation issues and I’m trying to prevent it from getting worse…

I’ve just learned that watering your foundation is a thing but I can’t find anything on how much…do I need to water every day until the slight gap is gone? If so how much do I water?

every situation is different but the concept is as you said. Watering enough to keep soil from pulling away.

If you already have foundation issues, then you are screwed. but soaker hoses around the house running alot will maybe help? it takes alot of water

I know I can’t fix it but can I prevent it from getting worse?
