Upgrading amperage for new stove top

Many new electric stove tops require 40-50 amps. My current amperage is 30 on that breaker. (I have two 30s.). Is it difficult or expensive to go from 30 to 50?

The breakers are there to protect your wiring. You’d likely need to upgrade/replace the wiring to the stove location. So price would depend on distance/accessibility to the panel.
If you get really lucky, the wiring may be oversized for the breaker.
