Sun zero fridge ho temp issue

I have a Frigidaire professional sub zero unit. Over last week fridge stays off for while and I open the door and it says high temp , kicks on temp spikes then it will cool down in 15-30 minutes to set temp of 41 degree

Anyone have any idea what this could be? Unit is 4 years old and it was here when we moved in.

Or if anyone has a guy in the Br area who services them much appreciated
