St. Augustine and Holly Issues

That time of year again when something goes wrong with my St. Augustine. Pretty sure its brown spot, I think water collects a bit in this area but it hasn't been raining much and I'm not watering a ton. Hit it recently with celcuis as I had some weeds not getting choked out, hit it with Scott's disease X 2 weeks ago, a treatment of 24-0-16 and filled with peat moss. Just let is ride? Think this is the last year I’ll be messing with it and sodding Bermuda in front and turf in back.
Planted some holly's earlier this year, its been hot as shite but ive watered pretty regularly. Have seen where this can possibly be root rot due to soil drainange but a couple of them look fine (a little dry/burnt) and then two of them are totally brown? Could just be my damn GSP pissing on them though, he's taken out a fair number of landscape attempts so far.
Landscaping is hard in Dallas ya'll.

Bump.
Need some help here. Should I hit the spot with more disease X?
Even with peat moss, not seeing much improvement in 3 weeks since first treatment.

Your mower is f’ing up your lawn. Throw that blade away today. Grey leaf spot is melting out your grass. Don’t fert. Water only when your leaf blades fold in half.

Not sharp enough? I sharpen it regularly.

The tips of the blades look shredded. That allows disease to attack.
