Pretty vague question, but if 4 of my 5 sprinkler zones have perfect water pressure and one zone has little to none where the sprinkler heads are barely getting out of the ground and spraying about 1/4th of the correct distance, anyone got ideas? Is this a water line issue?

You have a leak in the pipe for that zone. I had the same issue and that was the problem.

That’s what I’m thinking. Was this an expensive fix?

Could also be a valve to actuating improperly

I’m going to have some sprinkler folks come out this weekend. I’m not a very handy person when it comes to things like this.

If you are a little handy this is a cheap and inexpensive fix. Find leak, replace section of PVC pipe with new piece.

Depending on how new the system is, it won't be pvc.

The issue is finding the leak....may have to dig up the line to find it. My bill was a couple hundred dollars.

Should I have my garden zones running now?

could be something as simple as the valve isn't opening all the way, or the solenoid isn't tight. could be too many zones running at same time. does you yard have a really wet area in that zone to signify a leak?

Update for anyone that cared: the guys found the leak...tree roots had grabbed/crushed multiple pipes so they cut the roots and fixed the line with water pressure going back to normal. I’m going to remove the tree now anyways because it’s a bradford pear and I’ve hated it since we bought the house.
