Solar Electric Fence for Garden?

I am reseaching this to keep the racoons out of my garden. The garden is fenced with T-post. I assume I would need the solar controller, wire and t-post isolators.

that’s pretty much it…panels, batteries, charge controller, wire and isolators

also need a ground rod.
