Looks pretty good to me!
No one is going to have great levels coming out of winter and your ph is right in the middle.
Fertilize, mow, water. Add a bit of iron for color (if not included in the fertilizer).
Don’t overthink it.

Really? Good? I must really be a rookie with this stuff.
Looking at it though, I'm very low with npk, and I always thought centipede wasn't to get P, but would a 12-12-12 be good in this scenario?
And if so, how often? I don't want to over apply being everyone says centipede needs little fert.

I’d go for a low N stress blend.
Hit it with 7-0-20 once, then continue small feedings of 7-0-0 for a richer color (along with iron).
The 7-0-0 isn’t necessary, but if you want to apply it you can do so every ~4 weeks. We’re talking just 4-5 lbs of fertilizer per thousand feet. Only .28 to .35 lb of N/1000.
End the season with the stress blend again.

If you dont have to fix PH I would say you're ahead of the curve.

Exactly....grass can grow on bridges. Don't overthink.
