Showerhead making squeeling sound.

I removed it and cleaned it out letting it soak in vinegar to clean sediment. No change. I put a different showerhead in its place and it still has the squeeling (although not as frequently). This replacement never squeeled in the other bathroom. I assume the problem isn't the head but elsewhere. Any best idea or troubleshoot?

Single valve? If so, the internal are plastic, might be a crack in it causing the noise. If it is, I’ve seen them when they wouldn’t turn the water off to the shower head.
