I'll be closing on my new house and property soon and I have room for a shop as I need it for boat and my side job.

Going with a 30x50x16, two 12x14 rollups on front and a walk in door and 10x10 on the side wall. I don't need a lean too as the house has a storage garage as well.

I've gotten quotes from the big dealers and local guys. wide range of pricing. so far reeds in Brookhaven has been the best.

as for the Slab who would be your goto guy who does shop slabs, not ya cousins buddy who does driveways...I need it done right.

located in the great LP in walker

Why do you need it so tall?

Most companies have someone who does concrete for them. They have multiple concrete crews and multiple shop construction crews.

Boats man! Always go bigger than you need! I detail boats, rvs and trucks. So the extra height i can fit anything.

As for the turn key guys, they are a tad higher. I’m just looking for options before i make a decision.

A buddy just had a shop built by Coast to Coast Carports. Best price he could find, built in Tangi parish.

I've heard that from many.

Don't overthink it. Ask the guy who's building the shed who he uses. Pay that person. They aren't refinishing the Mona Lisa. It's concrete to park boats on.
