Sewer Grinder Pump Alarm

Sewer grinder pump such as below has been making a noise for the past few weeks.
It’s not the full alarm, because that sounds like this:

Anyone with experience with these things have an idea on what could be causing this noise?

hmmm I have one of those. what noise is it making?

Check the level in tank it's a high lvl or a low lvl alarm. More than likely one of your floats went bad.

I talked to the neighbor and he said his speaker was going bad and was making a humming noise and that might be the problem?

Fill it with water and see if it pumps? Looks normal to me. Is the alarm for the utility company or is it 100% your responsibility? I have a property that has a utility company that maintains the pump for free so you may just give them a shout.
