Yesterday a local pest control company quoted me for a Sentricon system about $1000 for install and $200 a year maintenance. Seems high. Anybody have somebody they recommend for a system like that or is that a reasonable price?

seems resonable as long as it includes some type of damage guarantee. how big is the house? priced by linear foot iirc my 2000sq ft house was $899 +$250/yr for 100% damage coverage

My house is due to be treated again in the spring. In the past of just done the liquid in the soil. Is Sentricon more effective? Thinking maybe I should look that.

I’ve done the liquid in the past as well and will be do for another round at years end which is why I am investigating the sentricon system. Seems like better technology as it does not just create a barrier but rather a means for eliminating the colony altogether.
