Thank you all for some great advice and things to think about! Don’t know what I am going to do yet but I am much more educated.

Check with your current home security provider if you have one already. Most newer companies will offer a doorbell camera option. All of the Ring/Wyze/Eufy cameras offer a standalone product that doesn't require a subscription. I bought the subscription for our Ring camera so we could store videos in case something happens. It gets stored on Ring servers and not on your phone.
All of them should have battery options, but almost all should have a two wire option to operate on your existing chime. As far as I know, Ring has a wireless chime you can buy that hooks up to a wall outlet and acts as a wifi extender, and Blink requires a previously existing chime in order to operate a bell of any kind.
I don't think you'll go wrong in any of the ones you choose. Pick what you like best and fits your situation. I personally enjoy the Ring app and camera quality, but probably would've got the one set up with my security system already.
I would also send this to the tech board. You're likely to get the same responses here but they'll be a bit more technical with specs and capabilities.

I have all Eufy products. Probably 10 total indoor and out. No monthly fees. I like the ones with the motion alarms. Many times you can record someone and they don’t care but the alarm feature actually scares them.
