I have a house with stained concretr floors. If anything rubber is set on the floor, after a few days it sticks to the floor. For example, if we place a dog bed or bath mat on the floor and there is any type of rubber that contacts the floor, it will eventually stick to the floor. What is in the stained concrete floors that is causing this?

No expert, but I bet it has to do with whatever top-coat they put over the stain. I think many brands are acrylic based. Likely just some science at play with polymer bonds
