Roll up door installation 6’ x 7’

Looking to install a roll up door myself but I’m thinking I may need to prep my door jambs for the install. Only wrinkle is the 16” of cylinder block at the bottom of the frame.
I’d originally assumed I could install a light duty roll up door directly into the 2x4 frame but looking at measurements that seems like it would have to be awfully precise to get both guides into the middle of each stud and avoid binding the roll.
I’ve considered cutting the blocks and forming out the door frame more to get more room for the 2” guides to go further beyond the opening. And get more strength to anchor guides.
Anybody encountered something like this before? Any suggestions.

I can take some pictures of mine, but I installed a 6'clopay door on my shop into 2x4 framing. Remember the tracks don't go on the inside of the rough opening, they mount to the back side of the framing.
