Recommendations for swimming pool work? Replaster etc

Time for a replaster and also need my overflow/skimmer boxes replaced, along with some minor tile work
Recommendations for someone to do the work in baton rouge?
I can't find it now, but I recall someone here recommending someone who replaced their skimmer boxes and was pleased with the work and the price
We've replastered once before, and it didn't last long. There are quite a few available products, and I'd rather spend half again as much for something that will look good longer. Any advice on the best way to go?
We've had progressively worse water loss, and had the plumbing pressure checked with no leaks. Except the cracked skimmer boxes and where they are sealed at the pool edge.
But the guy who did the pressure testing told my wife that the grout for the line of tile at the top of the pool needs to be sealed periodically. I've been here 20 years and never done that, so a lot of my leakage may be there as well.
Anyone familiar with the right product for that? The water level comes about halfway up the tile, so it would need to be something suitable for submerged grout

NY Garcia replastered my pool and I was very pleased. I didn’t touch my waterline tile, so I’m not sure if they do that work.
You may know this but there’s a very detailed 28 day process after plaster that you’ll need to follow if you go that route.

I know someone who is excellent but he is in hiding now from ICE. Seriously.
