Raising a Metal Carport

I have a metal carport behind my house that I need to have the roof raised to accommodate a new camper. The legs are currently 5 or 6 feet tall and I need to have them swapped for 12' legs. It's one of those kit type carports that you see from various roadside businesses. Does anyone have an idea what this will cost?

can you buy some 20ft or so legs, place on the side of these and bolt the 2 legs together? replace the top when done?
