Make sure they’re not leaving the solution on your roof for more than 5-8 minutes before rinsing it off.
And make damn sure they rinse it off!

My quote in Lafayette for a 2500 sf home is $1300.

There’s a guy who lives in my neighborhood & does this (along with pressure washing houses, driveways, etc). He did our house, patio, and large circle driveway. It came out looking great and the price was extremely fair. His name is Trey and the name of his business is AllStar Pressure & Soft Washing
