Looking to get a pressure wash for general around the house use. My trim is white and it looking kinda rough. Would also like to freshen up the drive way. Any suggestions? Would like to stay around maybe $400

I was about to pull the trigger on a Simpson for about $700 but bought a ryobi after a ton of back and forth with myself. Maybe the Simpson is better but started thinking about the maybe a dozen times a year I’ll use one and decided to save some money. My neighbor has the ryobi and he washes his house every weekend. Took his word that it has been a solid purchase for him over the last few years.
Eta: I bought the 3300psi ryobi for $400. Using for concrete, siding, etc

I only use mine once a year or so, didn’t fully drain the last one I had and the engine wouldn’t start.
I got the top ryobi electric one and it’s actually powerful enough to do driveway and everything. Can just throw it back in the garage when done and it’ll fire up first try next time

Homelite 2700 PSI; I've had mine for 10 or so years and it works great
