Anyone buy one of these? Any recommended companies? The prebuilt cabins look pretty awesome

I almost bought a “park model” to put on my property and I still might do it in the future. There was very little downside and because it’s on a trailer frame it permits as an RV and not a home
the ones I was looking at were all about 800sf with full kitchens and bathrooms

50-60 delivered and installed depending on floor plan. To make it cost effective obviously you’d need reasonable access to power/water/sewer. On install they deliver it, place it, level it, anchor it and install skirt below the frame.
They come pre wired for 100A service from your meter or secondary panel
